Folio (10-1/4" x 13-1/2") bound in full publisher's morocco stamped
in blind and gilt. Images are oval @ 5" x 6". There are 156 portraits
of students and faculty, all signed, (including Benjamin Silliman Sr.
and Jr. and Theodore Woolsey), 25 images of buildings and views, and
2 occupational images of African-Americans. Images for the most part
are sharp and dark. There is some waviness to about ten or so pages
at the rear, including the two portraits of African-Americans, but
the effect on the images is minimal. Rubbing to hinges but covers
firm. Generally Very Good. $4000.00
