Title printed in red & black with an engraved vignette. Cont. 1/4 vellum (some
minor worming) over marbled boards, red calf spine label. $300.00 (trade

Vallombrosa is the mother-house (20 miles from Florence) of the Vallumbrosan
Order, found in the 11th century. This is an extensive biography on Michael
Flammini, the 18th century leader of the order, who had died ten years earlier
in 1751.
