edition, royal 8vo, pp. xiv, 445. Signed presentation binding in 3/4 red 
morocco leather over red cloth; spine in compartments with gilt devices, 
marbled endpapers, t.e.g.

On the half-title page is a lengthy signed inscription to William "Bill" 
Kennedy, vice-president of the National Union of Mine, Mill and Smelter 
Workers (Canada), dated June, 1956, and signed by Abe Moffat (President) 
and John Wood (Vice-President) of the National Union of Mineworkers 
(UK). Inserted into the rear free endpaper is a fancy metallic page 
marker showing the "Burns Cottage". A very unique item. The binding is 
signed by Morris, and is slightly scuffed, with perhaps a trace of 
sunning to the spine; else in very good, to near fine, condition.
