color drawings, and 42 plans. Sm. 4to. Cloth (hardback).  First 
edition.

Fritz August Breuhaus de Groot (1883-1960) was a member of the firm 
of Breuhaus & Dondorff and after 1927 was a partner with Heinrich 
Rosskotten working on a large number of commissions in Switzerland. 
He was the interior architect for the Hindenburg, and working with 
the the artist Arpke, and Ludwig Durr, the Zepplelin's chief 
constructor, "they produced an airship with features for the traveler 
as amazing today as they were then -particularly the shower-bath and 
the smoking room (despite millions of cubic feet of hydrogen 
overhead)," J. Gordon Vaeth, (Zeppelin Decor). Includes his interior 
designs, plans, exteriors and interiors, and landscapes of country 
houses, banks, administration buildings, ships (such as the Bremen), 
airplanes (the interior design in leather and metal for the 
Reichsminister for Aviation), and the Hindenburg, Zeppelin LZ 129. 
Includes a list of firms which performed the work. Text in German. A 
very good+ copy with a little soiling at the extremities. In a clear

be billed. Trade allowance. Postage for Domestic orders is $4.00 for 
the first book and $1.50 for each additional volume. Books are 
normally shipped Media Mail. For international orders, postage is
