rubbed, joints strengthened, 5 raised bands, label gone,
vii, blank, 455, [1], xxvii pages.  This volume treats of 
"private  wrongs;" an Appendix cites various proceedings and 
documents.  The small rare broadside
(Evans 12321) is lightly pasted to the blank page opposite the title; 
of it OCLC locates only 4 copies.  The book contains some small 
inkings (pointing fingers, x's.)  A seminal work.  $1650.00   (Trade
