c. 1/2 calf over cloth (a bit soiled), nicely rebacked, old gilt decorated 
spine with red & black calf labels. Some text foxing and discoloration to outer 
margins.     $850.00 (trade discount allowed)
One of the individual volumes of the 10 volume “Works” of Aristotle 
translated by Thomas Taylor 1806-1812. It is the first English translation and only 50 
complete sets were printed, with “a few extra copies printed” of 8 of the 
volumes.
