tipped in and 9 chromolithographs Sm. 4to. Dark green pebbled cloth 
decorated in gilt, gilt titles, all edges red (hardback). First 
edition.

King's Royal Rifle Corps was stationed in the Americas from the 
mid-18th century into the 19th. Tear to the headband, else a very 
good copy with the bookplate of the Military Order of the Loyal 
Legion of the United States, Commandery of the State of Illinois on 
pastedown, with shelf sticker on foot of backstrip, very faint
