An important pamphlet by the Duke of Newcastle, then Secretary of  
State for the Northern Department, concerning international and  
maritime law, specifically prize law and the neutrality controversy.  
Includes the lengthy report by George Lee, George Paul, etc., on the  
application of principles of international law to Prussian claims  
against British captures. With two large folding tables of Prussian  
and neutral ships "taken by British Armaments at Sea."
