Edition. In the somewhat uncommon variant binding of decorated red cloth 
stamped in white and without the frontispiece found in the blue binding. 
BAL 11928. Most of the white stamping, as usual with this binding, is 
rubbed off of both the spine and front cover. Bottom front cover a

blank page and an endpaper. BAL 11918: First Printing. Frontispiece and 
seven inserted plates. Small pencil initials with date of 25 Dec. 1910 
on the front endpaper. Some rubbing of the white stamping on the spine 
only, most noticeably the publisher's name at the heel of the spine
